TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment is upfront, and I will not start a commission or add it to the queue until full payment has been made. I don’t offer test sketches, but I will always do my best to reflect your ideas clearly in the initial drafts. Once the sketch is fully approved and I move onto lining and coloring, major changes will not be made. I may decline any commission on my own terms.Unless a deadline has been explicitly agreen on, finishing the commission may take me a week or three months, that may also vary depending on the queue and order complexity. I also take weekends and holidays off from working on commissions. Please take this into consideration before commissioning me.I recommend a detailed description of your commission if you have something especific in mind, please try to use visual references whenever possible. If the character references are highly stylized, I will interpret their features and design to fit my art style, unless further details or references are provided.
By commissioning me you automatically agree that you've read, understood and agreed to all these terms, so please read them carefully.Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.
My commissions are for personal use only. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited, unless a commercial use fee has been agreed on and signed.Any use of my artwork for NFTs, generative AI, or similar purposes is strictly prohibited, without exception.

I will only start on the commission after the agreed payment amount has been made.Feel free to send me a message to check the status of your commission, you can also check the process on my Trello Queue, I update it frequently.—OTHER—I may create and share personal artwork between commissions, but please rest assured that commissions are always my top priority and will never be delayed because of personal projects.I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client is disrespectful, demanding, or unwilling to follow the terms.

PROCESS
1. Send me a query with relevant information I recommend a detailed description of your commission if you have something especific in mind, please try to use visual references whenever possible (pose, expression, etc)2. If the commission is approved. I will send you an invoice (If payment is not made within a week, the commission will be canceled. If you have any inconvenience or difficulty making the payment, please let me know so I can take it into account.)3. A sketch will be sent after we discuss the mood and dynamics of the character. I will provide 1 or 2 sketches (if necessary) to decide on a pose. Please confirm all major changes at this stage.4. Progress (WIPs) will be shared throughout the commission process to clarify any doubts or to apply any requested changes.5. Once I start coloring, you cannot request any more significant changes (such as changing the pose or details that should have been clarified during the sketch stage).6. I’ll ask if everything is in order. Then, I will send you the final deliverables via Gmail or the VGen platform, if applicable.— TAT —There is no definite TAT for delivery. But the estimated waiting time is between one week and three months, depending on my workload, commission type and complexity.This time applies AFTER starting the commission.If any unforeseen major events occur that may delay commissions, I usually make general announcements on my social media.I usually offer a compensation/extra drawing in case of missed deadlines/too late
RIGHTS
Personal use:
Means display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.Commercial use:
A one-time fee of double of the total price for any usage like: Schedule Art, Streaming Assets, promotional artwork, game illustrations.Merchandise use:
It's a one-time fee of triple of the total price: Keychains, clothes design, stickers, stands.
In case of commercial use or/and merchandise use, please let me know.
IMPORTANT
Commercialization without permission is prohibited.Reproduction and resale of commissioned artwork(s) without permission in any forms are prohibited.Do not claim the commissioned artwork as your own.In case my art is used in other sites or platforms, please place corresponding credits.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
GENERAL
I strongly prefer to take commissions through Vgen, but commissions can be requested through social media direct messages as well. Commissions ordered through Vgen are always prioritized.I prefer payment methods such as Astropay, Vgen or bank transfer,but I can also accept paypal.
RUSH ORDER
The delivery guarantee applies once payment is completed.
If the commission has a hard deadline, this will incur a fee of 50% the base price.The price includes full priority in the order and queueI will start working that same day the payment was madeI may not be able to take your order if the workload is too much for the deadline.
PRIVATE COMMISSION
Private commissions cannot be recorded, published, or displayed on any social media platforms.
They will not be used for promotional purposes (commission samples, speed paints, etc.).
They will not be part of my public portfolio.
If you wish, you may choose a different nickname for the Trello queue so your original username won’t appear publicly.Private commissions are subject to an additional 50% fee on the base price.Please note: if a commission is not explicitly requested as private in the initial message or request form, I reserve the right to use it for promotional purposes..
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Client may request for a full refund if work hasn't been startedPlease note that once I begin working on the commission, refunds are no longer possible. Make sure you're fully comfortable before confirming your request.If I am unable to complete the commission or if unexpected delays occur, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
